Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 coal tar cleaner usage instructions:
1. Usage concentration: Cleaner:water = 1:10 to 20. Increasing the concentration enhances cleaning power; manual cleaning requires a relatively higher concentration.
2. Cleaning temperature: Can be used at room temperature, but cleaning effectiveness is better at temperatures between 50-80°C.
3. For particularly heavy oil stains or high-melting-point greases, manually or mechanically remove part of the sludge first, then use a high-efficiency heavy oil stain cleaner with heating for cleaning.
4. Depending on the characteristics of the item being cleaned and the degree of oil stain, methods such as immersion cleaning, brushing, soaking, spraying, boiling, or ultrasonic cleaning can be employed.

5. For optimal removal of oil coke, mix Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L314 coal tar cleaner with Shandong Kaidi brand KD-L214 coal tar scale cleaner in a 1:1 ratio.
